Our range of ORCA® T5 fabrics, with double ply construction, is designed to offer strong mechanical properties and good rigidity for the bellow.

3D Uncured-Coating

Pennel & Flipo also develops ORCA® Drop-stitch fabrics with uncured rubber (NBR, NPVC, CR...). These DS fabrics, designed for inflatable structures with strong mechanical properties, are used in various industries.

Characteristics of uncured material are obtained with optimal vulcanization conditions under press.

Tank roofing

ORCA® Tank fabrics offer solutions to store or freight hydrocarbons, chemicals, water or various agricultural liquids.

 

Our range of fabrics for floating roof seals follow the fire certifications of the industry (DIN 22118 Flame retardency).  They are made of specific antistatical NBR or UV resistant CSM compounds, with high resistence to hydrocarbons.

ORCA® Tank fabrics offer solutions to store or freight hydrocarbons, chemicals, water or various agricultural liquids.

Our range of Nitrile (NBR / NPVC) fabrics for flexible tanks are available cured or uncured for flexible tanks or fuel cells. They comply with several technical requirements for military & industry (contamination, permeability, anti-crash, FIA...).
