Our Range of CSM fabrics for Personal Protection Equipment.

ORCA® fabrics for PPE has been developed by our engineers to show the best resistances to
chemicals & hydrocarbons, 
abrasion, 
extreme temperatures,
with high flexibility.  

Each formulation of CSM compound is different to better reach the required properties.

  • Coating : Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM)
  • Tensile strength : ≥ 127 daN/5cm (W)
  • Tear resistance : ≥ 1,7 daN
  • Surfacic mass : 570 (±50) g/m²
  • Permeation resistance to chemicals (EN 473-3) : H2SO4 96% L (Class 5), NaOH 40% K (Class 6), Methanol A (Class 5)

  • Base fabric : Meta Aramide
  • Coating : Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM) single side
  • Tensile strength : ≥ 170 daN/5cm (W)
  • Tear resistance : ≥ 8 daN (W)
  • Surfacic mass : 595 (±60) g/m²
  • Thermal Insulation (EN ISO 11612): Limited Spread Flame after 5 cycles washing (A1), Convective Heat (B2), Radiant Heat (C2), Aluminium Splashing (D3)
