ORCA® GLUE

Specially designed for bonding of ORCA® fabrics.

Description :
• Polychloroprene Glue
• Hardenner RFE
• Primer : Ethyl Acetat
• Solvant : Methyl Ethyl Keton

STEPS :
•To Sand both sides
•To Put MEK (methyl ethyl keton)

Wait for 10 minutes
• To Put on both sides the special primer with a cloth
Attention :  not to use metallic tools and not to put the primer in the metallic containers

Wait for 20 minutes minimum
•To Add 10% of RFE in the glue (life time: about 30 minutes)
•To Put the first layer of glue on the both sides and wait for 12-15 minutes
•To Put the second layer of glue on the both sides and wait for 15 minutes
•To Press (cold press)

Glue Adhesion will be optimal in 48-72 hours

NAUTA® FITTINGS

The NAUTA® fittings are waterproof and easy to install.

We have designed a comprehensive range of nylon fittings to be used only on NAUTA® tanks. Each type of fittings is composed of 3 parts which ensure together with the rubber seal and the rubber coated fabric a complete tightness.

The necessary fitting for self-installation at the most suitable location on the tank wall. Generally, vent fittings are required on holding or gas tanks (not required on water), should be postioned at the higher end of the tank, while draw fittings are best located at the lower end.

Under no condition should fittings be installed on the bottom side of the tank. All fittings should be installed in the top half of the tank, no closer than 10cm to the edge and not through a seam doubler.

NAUTA® PORTABLE FUEL TANKS FOR OUTBOARD MOTORS

The technique of storing and transporting liquids through the use of flexible tanks has many advantages :

NAUTA® Flexible Tanks provide many advantages over rigid tanks and have therefore, become very popular with both yach-builders and boat owners.
Each of these tanks uses an extremely rugged 935-dex nylon fabric, coated on both sides with a neoprene / nitrile compound. Heavily lapped seams are inside-reinforced with a "doubler" to provide extra strength. All NAUTA® tank are vulcanised to assure leakproof panels and seams for years of trouble-tree service.
All are covered by a warranty
 
Because of their flexibility and the NAUTA® range of sizes, these tanks can fit into almost any space, especially those odd-shaped places that would otherwise be wasted.
NAUTA® tanks are very easy to work with. Several for water and holding are available with fittings already installed. But NAUTA®'s construction allows custom placement of fittings to suit your particular requirements and makes it simple to install them.

NAUTA® TANKS FOR FUEL & USED WATER

The NAUTA® tank for fuel, used water or oil, is very easy to store and transport.

 

NAUTA® flexible portable tanks are a remarkable improvment over the traditional painted metal tanks. Perhaps the most noticeable change : they do not live rust rings on the floorboards or cockpit sole.

 

These roll-up when empty tanks offer convenience in use and in stowage. They are also more comfortable to carry than most rigid tanks. They do not rust, will not scrape your paint, are easier to tie down and do not rattle when you are underwar.

For water
Our most popular application is also the easiest way to increase or replace waer capacity on boats whose tank is inadequate or deteriorated.
NAUTA® flexible water tans use an exclusive Tedlar inside lining to maintain a taste-free system most PVC, fiberglass, other plastics and metal contribute a distinct, unpleasant flavour to fresh water, Tedlar does not. No venting is required for water tanks; only a fill pipe and a simple draw line to head and / or gallery pumps.
 
 

5 years warranty coverage

These tanks are also popular among some sailors who use them as ballast tank, knowing that the contents can also be used for emergency.

3D TPU-Coating

Our ORCA® Drop-stitch fabrics with TPU coating are designed for inflatable structures with high airtightness and ageing properties, along with minimum weight.

They are used for performant products as inflatable floors, rescue air tracks, SUPs etc.

They are used for inflatables pontons, floating platforms, rescue air tracks, inflatable boat floors etc.

Our CSM coating also enables to benefit from various colors with strong UV resistance.  Our range goes till 600mm height.

ORCA® T fabrics are engineered to guarantee durability, superior tear, puncture-, abrasion- and UV-resistance, along with excellent soundproofing.
