Uncured NR-SBR Sheets

Our ORCA® sheets are designed and tested to offer outstanding mechanical resistances to be used under extreme conditions (pressure, temperature and abrasion). 

These sheets has been developed to ensure best adhesion with uncured ORCA® fabrics when vulcanized by press, mould or autoclave, along with top ageing properties.

UNCURED NBR/NPVC Sheets

Pennel & Flipo has developped a large range of uncured NBR/NPVC sheets, in several thicknesses, to be used in manufacturing products with uncured ORCA® fabrics.

These sheets has been developed to ensure best adhesion with uncured ORCA® fabrics when vulcanized by press or autoclave, along with top ageing properties.

These sheets has been developed to provide extra protection on inflatable structures made with ORCA® fabrics with excellent gluing values.
